Stayed at the Glenview location for a wedding New Years Eve. The bed sheets were dirty and stained yellow and the room was pretty dirty as well. Then when we checked out they double charged us and the person that paid for the room. I have yet to see a refund. We were told at check in that we would not get charged. Everyone we spoke with on the phone to get the refund was rude. Whoever was working Tuesday morning 1/2 (male employee)hung up on me then gave me attitude when I called back. All I want is my money back! We will never stay here ever again! The bride and her family had nothing but problems as well! Horrible experience! Horrible customer service! Horrible hotel! Do not stay here!

Truly disappointing experience. We had a block of rooms for our daughter's wedding on New Year's Eve and the venue was VERY inflexible with their room block policy. My brother made a reservation directly online and ended paying substantially LESS than what our guests paid. I requested that they move his reservation to our block (and he would have to pay MORE) and they refused. AND to add insult to injury, i forgot my winter coat in the room closet and when I called to retrieve it, they stated that there was no coat found in the closet. I hope that housekeeping is enjoying it.

Very nice hotel! We stayed at the Renaissance with our daughter's hockey team and the hotel staff was very nice and accommodating!!

I’ve stayed at this Renaissance multiple times now and would’ve continued to stay again. However, I noticed that my stays have not been credited through my Bonvoy account, nor did I receive the points I should have. I’m assuming this is because my stay was covered by my employer. As a Titanium Elite member, I know that this is not the practice of most of the Marriott hotels I’ve stayed in (180+ as of today) Business travelers beware.

Well stocked nice sized suites with a comfy bed and great in room temperature control. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The in house restaurant has some great food options and the bartender is great.The only con is that hallways were often cold. I found myself sprinting from the elevator to my room to avoid freezing!

This is a really nice hotel, But they don't give your money back on the incidental fees when u check out!!!!! I'm so tired of not staying here sometimes because THEY REFUSE TO GIVE YOU YOUR INCIDENTAL FEES WHEN U CHECK OUT!!!!! GIVE PEOPLE THERE MONEY BACK!!! STOP TRYING TO KEEP THERE MONEY!!!!! It's stains on the carpet, stains on the couch, stains on the curtains. Won't stay here again because of this!!! Needs new carpet! And give people there 0 balance receipt when they check out!!! Such minor small things that could make this hotel spectacular.Rooms: Clean the stains off the curtains, carpet, and couches. It's nasty. I don't wanna see that when I walk into my hotel room.Noteworthy details: Give customers there incidental fees back when they check out,!!!!!! Stop hesitating to give a customer there 0 balance receipt!!! And fix the pool table! Tacky
