This is my favorite Dick’s Sporting Goods store. Honestly, from my personal experience, the male employees here have been much nicer and more helpful compared to the female staff. They’re always friendly and go out of their way to assist, which really makes a difference. But today, I just had to leave a review because of JEREMY! I needed info on men Nike and Jordan shoes, and Jeremy patiently answered every question I had (and trust me, I asked a lot). His knowledge and attitude were spot on—truly top-notch customer service. I’ve noticed some employees can get tired of answering questions, but Jeremy was genuinely helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I really hope he gets the recognition he deserves—whether it’s a raise, promotion, or something better. Thank you, Jeremy! You’re a 5-star!

I’m very disappointed at this store as a mother of a teenage girl. My daughter was at this location earlier today and got rudely kicked out. Her and a friend were walking around looking at different sport equipment and this worker kept on yelling at them. She yelled at them for things like being too loud but they weren’t loud the store was just very quiet. And followed them around the whole time they were there. So my 15 year old and her friend got kicked out in the freezing cold at night. This was not a safe situation and I’m very disappointed at the treat ment of my young daughter. Do better Dick’s.

Disgusting bathrooms. My 4-year-old son went to the bathroom for an emergency. They are dirty as if they hadn't been cleaned in years. For the first time in my life, I saw a toilet that I estimate has been dirty for more than 3 years.

We love coming to this Dick’s Sporting Goods! They have a great section for Disc Golf which we LOVE. Stacie up at the front was very nice and helpful as well. Highly recommend this location!!

We went there today to buy shoes for my wife, we were Greeted by salesperson
( Amin ) he is an amazinig salesman as he Politely explained in detail the difference between Hoka brands and the others, and then he brought different shoes for my wife to try out until she decided what to buy, Amin should be a example to the others to grow any business.

Had trouble putting a soccer net/goal together. I brought it back to the store. Found out it was missing pieces. Scot located another one and put it together for me. He was incredibly helpful as were other employees in the store as well. Scott went above and beyond. You’ve got a great sales staff in Glenview!

I came here on August 6, 2023 to get new shoes, new shirts and shorts, and my very own volleyball. The staff was very friendly and the service was great. I think it's a great store to get workout stuff and new shoes.

Bought a nice aluminium bike for my son. Also manager helped me to find everything additional needed(helmet, water bootle, etc.). Also got a frisbee. Tried it today with my kids in the park. It flies perfect. Maybe will return for a tennis rocket

Check out their club fitting, much improved! Just Worked with John and Alvin on new TM Qi10, Callaway Smoke and Ping G430 Max. they were very knowledgeable and patient.

It is a shame, this store is located in one of the most prestigious golf areas of NorthShore, and in the past 5 visits NOBODY in golf equipment area. Today even the simulator wasn’t open or on. Lost a sale today, was looking for new driver before my next round!!!
