Terrible place I’ll never come here again. Do not recommend to come here save your money and go to massage envy. The staff is soo terrible I felt like they didn’t want me there in the first place. One of the staff name Brianna was very rude to me and was unprofessional while giving me the services I paid for. This place is a zero out of 5 stars if I can give it that score. The carpet smells like cat piss and vomit. The bathrooms are not even clean or have extra toilet paper. This place needs better management.

The massage was very relaxing. The massage, lighting and music evaporated all tension and aches and pains. It was fun.

Sylwia is amazing. I go to her regularly for deep tissue massages! Attentive, strong, very peaceful atmosphere! Come out feeling great!

Front desk was super friendly but massage therapist seemed grumpy and like they didn’t wanna be there, which killed the vibe for me a little bit.

I got a massage today and Mariana was excellent..definitely coming back soon and i got the monthly plan to get atleast one massage every month .Frontdesk lady was very polite and helpful too..such a wonderful experience.

I like everything about Elements! The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing when you enter. The receptionists are always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. It's easy to schedule or reschedule appointments, whether in person or by phone, and the prices are reasonable. I also appreciate the cleanliness of all the rooms, including the bathrooms. The emphasis on respect from the staff for the customers, and vice versa, is much appreciated . Finally, but importantly, my massage therapist, Sylvia, is outstanding! She has such a calming and serene presence. Sylvia listens to any special requests for that session, and her massages are always blissful! Water is offered to me afterward, and I never fail to leave with a smile, feeling SO much better than when I entered. I would highly recommend Elements Massage to anyone!
