Getting a quote, and subsequently moving over to State Farm (savings!$), could not have been easier. My salesperson, Semo, was not only thoroughly knowledgeable regarding insurance, but he even talked me through finding information on my current policies, as well as where to look for my account number on my banking app! My background is customer service, and I am thrilled to have received exceptional service today, along with a delightful personality.
