HUGE thank you to Alexis for her help today. I called with an urgent request (docs needed to be printed ASAP so a courier could collect and deliver them to a VIP) and she absolutely SAVED me. I had called a few other stores in the area, only to be met with apathetic and unhelpful people with a deep lack of urgency, claiming there was a 4 hour turnaround time.
Alexis went above and beyond to accommodate me and I could not be more grateful. The world could use more people like her.

Hey Howard, how about instead of spouting on about your political views and trying to goad me into having a red hat rally at the counter, could you just ship my package and then help the 5 people waiting in line behind me at 4:30pm who are clearly annoyed you stopped the transaction to go on and on about how you hope billionaires will “fix this country soon”. You made the simple act of shipping a package the worst part of several people’s day. I’ll be avoiding this store from now on.

I brought in a printing project on a busy Saturday afternoon that needed binding. I needed it to go out that day. Kari went above and beyond to help me. She could not have been more helpful and courteous.

Kari was exceptionally helpful and provided excellent customer care to me for my project. She went out of her way to help with my online and in store print project and did it with a smile!
Howard was very friendly and helpful and answered my questions about the printing.

I’ve been coming to this place for printing jobs and I have been so happy with the service and staff until a guy named HOWARD ruined everything. He was so rude and was not very helpful at all to the point of yelling at us, the customers. We had an outdoor menu that had them printed and it broke after using it just one time so we came back to ask for recommendations on how to fix it and make it more sturdy but he started accusing us of abusing the poster that is why it broke. We were willing to pay for whatever remedy he would have recommended but he ended up aggravating us by being so sarcastic and verbally abusive. Soooo sad that we have been regular customers here for 5 years. Can the manager re-evaluate this employee’s performance please? He obviously does not have knowledge on basic customer service. Instead of rectifying the situation he made it worse!!!! NOT COMING BACK HERE EVER AGAIN!!!

I’ve been lucky enough to use the services of this store at least 50 times. Each and every time, I am greeted joyfully and given phenomenal, efficient service. We are so lucky to have such a high-quality store in our neighborhood. Highly recommended!

This afternoon, FedEx store on Waukegan had only one worker. She was slammed! Handled it with such grace and professionalism, doing a great job and maintaining such a wonderful disposition. I am humbled and appreciative. I hope she has a wonderful winter holiday - she deserves it.

Extremely rude and angry customer service. You need to ask 3 times if have any questions. Asked lady for help with printer and I was shocked getting answer like I’m new and I can’t help you with this process that’s I can can tell and it’s upto you figure it out or you can go to any other location. Seems like they have a lot of workloads and 2 interns can’t handle that store.
