Had a very good experience with Fields in general and with Keyon specifically when buing a used Jeep GCL. As it was an out of state sale, the procedure was slightly different than usual, but Keyon really went the extra mile to make it possible. If you are looking for a dealership you can trust and one that is not pushing you for making any hasty decisions, look no further. I would definately buy there again!

Purchased a new jeep a couple of weeks ago. Can’t say enough about Keyon my sales consultant. From the moment I walked in he was great. He did his best before and after the sale including calling me days after to ensure I was happy with the car. Definitely recommend the dealership and Keyon.

Rene went above and beyond to make us comfortable and make everything fast and easy we didn’t sit for 5 hours we dove 3 hours to get there Rene had the vehicle waiting papers waiting and made us a pizza best experience I have ever had at a dealership

Peter at Fields Chrysler Jeep in Glenview is really amazing!
I brought in the Jeep Rubicon to get the license plate mounted to the front of the car. They did not want to drill into the bumper so he said to give them sometime to look at a better option for me. He came back with several options and showed me pictures of the plate mount! I cannot thank the dealership for all they do and for Peter going the extra mile every time I bring in my Jeep for service!!

Had a great experience from start to finish. Mike Murphy was keeping me informed about my vehicle. Unfortunately no loaners were available as my vehicle was no scheduled for repair that day. Had an unexpected break down. Although Mike made it a very stress free experience for me. If I have to have my vehicle repaired again it will be with Fields.

It took me years before i decided i needed to purchase a car from a dealership, the whole taking to long and so much papers to fill , I went in I was very welcome, I told them what car I was coming for , Brian meet all my expectations, he ask me the questions he needed I gave him my answer from how much I was thinking on spending and my car payment, I didn’t feel push to buy the car , the whole process was so fast and easy , I have a perfect car for me that meet my expectations and my pockets , Brian was amazing if my family would need a car I would highly recommend this place and obviously BRIAN HE WAS THE BEST !!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband and I just bought a jeep this past Saturday from Field’s dealership in Glenview. It was a great experience. Our salesman Brian Gerber could not have been more helpful. We finally came to an agreeable price for all. He stayed very late to show us all the features and was so helpful! He even called us Monday to check to see if we needed anything. My husband called Brian yesterday with an issue and once again he was so helpful. Problem solved. Great experience. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Fields is a very nice and clean place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, if you are buying parts there, it's highway robbery - it's not Field's fault, it's Chrysler's.
