Very poor customer service. I have been charged a $500 penalty fee for closing an account I have never used nor extracted a penny but apparently had a fee fir closing nobody warned me about. They position this as a free account / credit line I could use any time in case I needed it, but ending costing me $60 a year. When I asked to close it as I didn't use it, they charged the 500 bucks and when I asked for refund they said "you should have read what you signed for" (on the many pages I sign with all the small numbers it was impasible to notice, the sales person who convinced me to open this account didn't tell me anything). Really bad experience. Stay away from this bank

I've had my business acct here for years.. Always great service...and not only here...any branch I've been to was great! They care about their clients, not like the banks that have grown too large... Click on Tina, look at her reviews, and you will see she loves handing out bad reviews. Possibly a bad attitude? Maybe just too young still? Could just be dense? Any way you cut it, its not the bank!

I've been banking at the Glenview location since they opened. I was at the Skokie bank before that. I have always found the people that work there intelligent, helpful, courteous and friendly. Perhaps they react like most of us tend to ...when treated with politeness, they do the same in return.

I'll give them 0 stars if I can. Everytime I come in to make a cash deposit, they require a social number. But they then write it down on a scrap piece of paper. When they're done inputting it, I just see them crumple it up and toss it into the trash. When asked why, the manager only says the patriot act says so. Everyone there is rude and disrespectful, especially the manager there. They all talk to me and my associates like we're d**** I closed my bank account as well a my restaurants business account because they're very unprofessional here. Never going to use this bank ever again. If you don't want the team there to steal your identity or others, don't use this bank.
