“In a word, “wow”! I ordered (i.e., asked nicely for) 25 roses for my anniversary, and Hlavacek of Glenview did not disappoint. They were super helpful and respectfully listened to my novice request for “two-toned” roses. (I’m not an an expert.) Based on prior experience, I knew they would be outstanding, but my wife said, hands down, these are the most beautiful flowers she has ever received. They really are amazing. The team at Hlavacek was fantastic, and I cannot say enough to recommend them. They are artists!”

“We had placed an order to be sent to a friend, who is now in hospice care. We chose an arrangement that we thought would bring him a joyful distraction from what he is going through. Unfortunately the arrangement that was sent, was not what we expected, since we were going by a photo on the website. We contacted, via E-mail, Emotional Bonding, and they responded in a very timely manner to our concerns. We explained what it was about the arrangement that we were not happy with. When they received the photo of the arrangement that had been sent, they understood what we were not happy with. The situation was quickly taken care of. All this was done in a very respectful manner. We appreciated being listened to and understood. We definitely recommend Emotional Bounding!?”
