I have been their customer for over ten years, some time ago I picked up my pants with a stain, when I went to complain they said they didn't fix the stain, they didn't even offer to repair it.

I've been going to Glenbrook Cleaners for about 10 years and have been happy with their service. They also do a fine job with alterations. They have also been very accommodating when a quick turnaround was needed.
