Have been going to this salon for almost a decade, always had wonderful experience up until my last appointment. Nail technician did not do correct nail design for my little daughter, after politely asking to redo it she yelled at my daughter and brought her to tears because she was wasting her time! Just lost a valued customer

I got onlycholysis from this place.
They rush on evrything looks like they dident sanitaz eqipments ore while she was doing my neils she was using strong chemicals.
Went there becouse i wanted to suport local bussines.My doughter have same issue.
Nothing against this bussines evrybody is so friendly an very kind ,I just don't want someone
else to go throgh this,becouse this my be permanete problem and if is untreated most if the time its permanent think.
I try to write review when somthing is good but this time I couldn't hesitate.

Went here for the first time today for a dip. I did read in previous reviews that they made people wait and didn’t do a professional job with nails. My nails were bad. They didn’t even clean the dip powder from my nails afterwards, so now it’s all dried and stuck to my skin. They didn’t clean the rough skin around the edges of my fingers. They did make we wait 15 min. I should have known I would have to wait when they did write my appointment down.

What a lovely place. They were extremely nice and accommodating. I have vascular issues in my legs and forgo the massage. When I told them not to do the massage they said no worries they would do it gently. They did it so gently and it felt so nice! Highly recommend them.

Amy always does an amazing job and makes everyone feel so welcome and well taken care of! i was so tired after work she even gave me a pillow to let me rest my head for a few minutes while she did my nails. look at this amazing design we created together! she is an artist and her passion for painting nails truly shows! love heavenly!!!

I have been going to Heavenly Nails for the past eight and a half years. Once I went the first time, I've never gotten my nails done anywhere else. They are extremely welcoming to their clients and know all of the regulars by name. The facility is extremely clean, and there is a large selection of polish choices. Parking is never an issue. Today, Amy did a full set of acrylic nails for me. I asked her to choose a fun Valentine's Day/ birthday color for me, and she did a fantastic job! Walk-ins are welcome, but I suggest calling to make an appointment since it can be very busy at times.

Heavenly is great. When I come in, I always get a dip manicure. Long and Michael are the BEST for those. It's always busy in there, so I'd recommend making an appointment rather than walking in. Typical busy nail salon vibe. They try to squeeze people in between other clients sometimes which usually puts them behind.

They do a great job with nails and always gives appointments last minute ... but often talks and laughs behind customer's back in their native language which is super rude and not professional .. I'm the nicest customer. To each his own! Says more about the person doing it than me .. whatever is done to others is already done to you! It wasn't just once.. I have noticed it more than once with myself and other people. I'm just hoping management takes notice and avoids this in the future ...esp for no reason to do this besides to get an ego boost ..

I went there 9/5 for a last minute gel manicure. Will never go here again, very rushed and sloppily done. Called the manager afterwards and told me to come in later to get them fixed. I’m not too sure what she fixed, looked the same. They have their clients who they treat beyond well and then the ones who they rush and could care less about.Service: Gel manicures

I've been going to Michael for 6 months. When I first came in, my nails were paper thin and I had a split starting at the cuticle of my ring finger (it's been there for years). He suggested a powder-dip manicure, saying it would strengthen and heal my nails. Well, he was right! My nails (when color was removed) grew and were stronger with each application. Beyond the health of my nails, I LOVE the color! Each manicure lasts--and I mean lasts--for 3 weeks, which is the recommended amount of time to re-do the manicure. The only way you'd know it's been 3 weeks is by the 3-week outgrowth from the cuticles. Otherwise, the color stay intact, with No chips or nail breakage. 6 months later, I'm still amazed--by the process and the results! The color has a mirror-like shine. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. And then there's Michael! He's entertaining, funny, and makes you feel comfortable and welcome in their salon. Amy's also great! Do yourself a favor and try the powder-dip manicure--you'll love your nails! p.s. I tried to attached a photo, but I don't think it worked. Or, it's going to appear 6 times, haha!

The guy who was going to do my no chip was not professional at all because he does not even know how to cut and shape my nails. He barely cut my nails when I told I want my nails really short. I would not recommend this place!
