Buying experience is good, but return or exchange are not fairly treated; Labor allegations are badly managed. Customer bought heavy products such as soils with heavy loading into the car, never receive a help willingness by the management, some time, If lucky, randomly, can get kind hearted staff help.

I am very unhappy with the customer service here. The team at this location did not hold themselves accountable for a mistake that they made. I was in search of a product and they agreed to put the item on hold for me. When my relative went to their location, my relative was told they do not do holds over the phone. When asked to recall the conversation they had with me, they lied about when I gave them my name stating they took my name at the beginning of the call. Why would they take my name at the beginning of the call? Why would they take my name down unless it was to hold an item? Instead of apologizing for the miscommunication, they used a condescending tone to my relative who was trying to do me a favor. Regardless of store policy, miscommunication, or misunderstanding, this situation was not handled properly. The mission statement of Home Depot includes “…to provide the highest level of service…” and definitely did not do this today.

I am so disappointed about my door installation process. I want to install a regular interior door to my family room. I paid $40 to scheduled to measurement with home depot agent. Then, after a week, I finally got a quote of $1,122 to install a door, with $440 as the door itself.
I asked them why it is so expensive, and I got the answer that my door is customized. I know my door size should be 36*80, and I saw the 6 panel door just $140. They did not even ask me what kind of door they can provide but just give me the $440 door quote.
Do not ask them to install the door... Buy the door you need and let the handy man do the work.
ps. This is the service that they asked me for $680
• PRE-INSTALLATION JOBSITE INSPECTION
• DELIVERY WITHIN 30 MILE RADIUS OF STORE
• REMOVAL OF EXISTING DOOR UNIT

I purchased LD appliances for our second home in a different state. After my purchase I received my receipt with manufacturer information and product number with additional purchased warranty. After visiting our property the induction range was not working just the oven. When we returned I notified Home Depot and they connected me with LD - extremely difficult to communicate with them - I provided the model number and customer order # - they told me that they require the serial # to send a technician. Several times !!!! I explained that this house is 7 hours away and I don’t have the serial # —— we drove again I provided the serial # now they tell me they need to trouble shoot —- again I tell them I’m not there —— then they said if a technician is sent I will be charged ——- Extremely frustrating—— I want to return EVERY LG appliance that I bought ——-even HOME DEPOT rep said they cannot help me —— NEVER EVER BUY LG APPLIANCE FROM ANYWHERE ESPECIALLY HOME DEPOT

This is the store I usually go to for garden supplies. The store is always clean and well organized, with friendly associates. I had great experience at the store today when picking up 8 bags of garden soil by myself. The store associate Umar generously helped me haul the loaded cart to my car and loaded all of them into my trunk. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in the neighborhood.

I have been a Home Depot advocate my whole life as I have usually had nothing but great service. I bought a house recently and was planning on redoing my floors myself, but decided to give home depot the project. I was quoted around $14,000 which is completely reasonable so we decided to move forward. Manager Jason was kind and great which really helped drive the sale. However, as the project progressed into the final stages before installation, I was put in contact with an unnecessary rude lady, Dorine. She made me start having doubts, for example, she tried to charge me for delivery even though I had already paid for the delivery in the quote, but I continued to move forward. Day of install came and I was quoted an additional $13,000 by Home Depot which was a huge red flag. Dorine called me and explained that I would be because of a misquote done by Home Depot. I told her I needed time to think about it and she treated me like I was financially inept. This rubbed me the wrong way as $13,000 isn't a decision I can make within a minute. I ultimately decided to cancel the project. I will not be hiring home depot for any more projects which is a let down because as a new homeowner, I have nothing but projects to be completed and Home Depot is a shop stop. Again, Dorine is not a kind lady and she should not be in charge of any sales in the future as she is personally losing this location a ton of business.

2 employees did not know what powder actuated tools were and sent me on my way yelling me they do not stock pins or shots for a Ramsey tool. Went to my Carano checked their website and they indeed do stock these items.
