Dan was easy to work with, brought in a 2017 X5 for AC problem, got it charged and added dye to monitor. And as a bonus they pinpointed a check engine light issue that was a recall item on fuel tank sensor, got print outs of the bulletin and I went to dealer. Dealer redo the diagnose and the recall item was spot on so got it covered by manufacturer.

Dan is terrific. One of the only places I trust to work on my 1990 Volkswagen Vanagon in the area. They know what they're doing and it will be done right. I've had him do brake work, coolant flushing, oil seal replacement, and probably some other misc. stuff I'm forgetting. I would not hesitate to come back here when I need it no matter the issue. Prices seemed reasonable too. Highly recommended!

Dan has been incredibly trustworthy, quick to communicate and to get the job done, reliable and so kind. We are very picky when it comes to our 1995 Eurovan, since its an old vehicle and needs specific knowledge to work on. Dan was recommended by someone in the Eurovan community, and rightly so. He fixed the van (oil cooler crack) in record time, earlier than he had initially said, and kept me updated with what he was doing. He went above and beyond by allowing me to leave my van with him while I arranged to have it shipped back to the west coast, where he insured the van was in perfect working condition. This mechanic can be trusted, consider Dan and his team!

Dan and his team have done excellent repair work on our cars (BMW 5 series and Mazda 3). Import Auto does quality work at fair prices and usually on-time. Their customer service is excellent and I highly recommend them as a go-to service provider.
