A small park in a convenient location, there is a recreation area, a playground for children. We were in the park during the holiday and there was music, food and a lot of spectators. A comfortable place for residents to relax and socialize.

Playground is for toddlers to elementary-age kids. It has all the things they’ll ever want, from physical activity to pretend play. It is well maintained and has all the benches where parents can sit and watch their kids. It is also beside the library where you can also have a your ‘breaks.’ I’ll rate this playground 4/5, just because it lacks the equipment that can cater to bigger and older kids.

If your kid loves trains, this is a good park. It's right across the street from the train station and trains go through regularly. Also, during the summer, the park district hosts bands in the gazebo. It's also right next to the library, the Dairy Bar, and Joe Donuts. Something for everyone!

Wonderful location for holidays - meet and greet of Santa, and parade wrapup.
Dog-friendliness: Saw plenty of dogs on leash and it appears that it's a common location for bringing your furry companion along to enjoy the event

Big park with lots to do! Free parking in lot on weekends (resident only parking on weekdays). You can also park at the library - which is so great to have next door if you need to use the restroom. Mix of mulch and padded ground. Great theming - perfect for dramatic play. My kids love working at the little Apple stand! Mostly fenced in with two openings on either side. Overall, this park is one of a kind and full of beautiful trees and greenery.
