tyler and nick - adult babies running the store. terrible customer service, hung up on me twice. lied to my face. wondering if the whole company is a scam at this point. disgusting

We have had a couple of very heavy rains in the Chicagoland area. Historically, when a lot of rain falls my pool turns green and it becomes a problem for the remainder of the season. I decided to visit Leslie pool last week when I opened the pool and they tested my water at no charge and sold me some recommended chemicals. After the 2 large rains, I decided to retest my water and ask Nick for advice on how to prevent the green from returning as my water was already slightly green. Nick tested my water and sold me only Shock. I put the Shock in the evening and I woke up to a bright blue swimming pool. I was not sold on unnecessary chemicals or given bad advice. This is my to go pool store.

Very helpfull...they measured filter even though did not have in stock helped me order on computer so I could get within couple days
