“Michael is a life saver. 3 days before a home purchase closing my lender flagged an issue with my home policy purchased through the online portal. 5 levels of Allstate support couldn't fix the issue, but Mike was able to remedy it. He stayed on the phone with me for over an hour to recreate the home and auto policies I bought online to reissue them in time for closing.

“I am writing this review for Ashlee Clark, Insurance Representative. We recently moved from Texas to Chicago. I shopped insurance companies for our new home and because we are in Lincoln Park, I reached out to Josh Brown's agency. Ashlee promptly answered all of many questions and provided quotes for Home, Auto, and personal liability. She was patient, polite and professional as I worked through our decision between hers and the other quotes. At the end, it was a no-brainer to go with State Farm. The price and policy provisions were good, but Ashlee was the deciding factor.
