Marshall Koral RUINED my table! Do not use him! He was super expensive and only refinished the top of the table which was what we agreed to. However, he put a dark brown stain that did not even come close to matching the cherry stain on the rest of the table. He returned it with all of these scratch marks from his sander. He was unapologetic and unpleasant to deal with.

Marshall Koral was very expensive. He refinished only the top of the table which is what we agreed. He used a dark brown stain on the top which does not at all match the cherry stain everywhere else. It was covered in sander scratch marks. He had no regard for quality and has been unresponsive. I would never ever use him again.

I highly recommend this company for restoration of old antique pieces of furniture. I had a valued piece of family furniture that we were on the fence of keeping or restoring. They restored a 100 year old piece of furniture to a beautiful piece of furniture that can be cherished for generations in our family. This was a my grandfather's chifforobe. They were accommodating and able to transport the piece to and from our home. The price might have been slightly high for some people but compare what is sold on the market today, this will for generations to preserve. Very nice to work with and accommodating.

Wonderful company to work with! I had a very complicated restore/refinish job for a handmade cherry wood refrigerator, which is irreplaceable.

I had an old antique desk restored that had layers and layers of I'm not sure what on it. They worked very hard stripping and fixing the wood and bringing back the brass hardware to life. They also worked hard to find the right stain for the piece and to make me happy. They are very hard working and proud of their craftsmanship. Your pieces are in good hands.

Was referred to Marshall by a friend who had work done to a desk. I am so happy with the work that was done. I had someone else reupholster the chairs, but the caning, gluing, and touch up to stain was done by Marshall Koral. We received the chairs back just a couple of weeks ago, and i think my chairs look great. Thus far the workmanship is holding up fine. Thank you for restoring my chairs!

Marshall Koral Furniture did a great job fixing all of the nicks on my kitchen and bathroom cabinets that occurred over the years from ordinary wear and tear. Some of the nicks were real eye sores and now unless you look for the fix, you hardly notice it. The cabinets look so much better! The guys are also super nice, punctual and reliable.

SIX stars!!!!! Marshall Koral Pro Furniture Service has worked with some of the most prestigious antique dealers in the Chicagoland area and northshore. Marshall is extremely meticulous and very precise- you can tell he loves what he does, it shows on each piece of furniture he services. He is a true professional and I highly recommend ProFurniture Service.

I wish I could give zero stars. All of the 'work' he did has come undone and Marshall hangs up on me every time I call. He also ruined an antique by adding modern (ugly) handle without our approval.

Marshall Koral was at myneighbor's house fixing a dresser so I took his information because I had an antique dining table that needed repaired. He kept the table "antique" meaning he didn't totally sand down the top and replace it, so it was able to keep its antique value, if not actually increase its value. Very knowledgable about antique furniture. Also restored a small Amish cherry wood stool of ours to the point where you can't even tell where the chip was. More than pleased with his work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
