When I come to my storage unit, I am always so happy when I see that Mary is here. She has always been there to help me. One time, I couldn’t open my door with my key and she took my key right away & got it to open. She has always been there for whatever I need. I have been here for seven years and she has been the best employee you have had here.

My son rented out a spot somewhere towards the back of the facility. I was not crazy about that. But I am able to access my unit with no problems. Mary tried to help me find a suitable size and better location for me but things did not work out. Maybe a month or two down the road. All in all it has still been a good experience.
