Terrible service, terrible treatment of customers that have been paying rent for 13+ years. Don’t waste your money, just find a different place to put your stuff (they’ll clip your lock and look through your things if you miss one payment—again, in 13 years—because you had to replace your credit card.

Mary was marvelous I had issues renting a storage at the wheeling location and had issues processing the rental at that location and online I finally got to the Glenview location and Mary saved the day for me I highly recommend this place.

Rented a storage space in this facility & misplaced the lock key. The office manager, Deb, was very kind, courteous & professional in helping me & explaining how they schedule lock cutoff & replacement.The facility itself is clean, safe & relatively easy to access. I have had previous experience with your facility in Minnesota, when my daughter was a student up there & it was easy & efficient. Deb, was great to work with!
