They help guide you through the entire process, are very responsive to your concerns and desires, and help you create the jewelry of your dreams. Both my engagement ring and wedding band were designed by their team and even a year later, I keep getting compliments. They have ALWAYS taken care of me and my family's jewelry needs. As an added bonus, they clean your rings every time you walk in - just for some added sparkle and shine. LOVE Raphael Jewelers and would give them 100 stars if possible!

I needed to get my ring resized and I was looking for a local jeweler who had a great reputation and was known to be trustworthy. A few people in my neighborhood highly recommended Raphael Jewelers as they are a family owned business and have been in the community for many many years. I cannot recommend them enough, my ring now fits perfectly and they polished it so well it looks so sparkly and new. While I was picking up my ring they were also able to quickly change out my watch battery for me as well. The customer service is fantastic and the staff is very personable and friendly.

They had such a great reputation that I drove from Michigan to use this jeweler. They helped create a unique and custom made ring for my fiancé and have been very helpful through the whole process including rushing the order. Definitely recommend!

Have been coming here for a long time and they're the absolute best. My wife and I just got married this year and everyone at Raphael's was so helpful and a joy to work with from the planning of the engagement to the wedding.
