We had just moved up to Chicago from Nevada and quickly realized the Chicago real estate market was vastly different from the Vegas market. Chris was fantastic! He can dissect a home on a first viewing and has a fantastic set of contacts for all and any home related requirements. He is a straight shooter and calls it as he sees it, which for me was perfect. He and his team made themselves available when and where we needed. We spent quite some time fine tuning what we were looking for however Chris never rushed or pressured us to close on something that wasn't right. In fact he steered us away from some homes that looked good on the surface but had some less obvious issues.
