“Is was a Tuesday at 10 a.m. and my daughter and I were looking at my condo listed with North Shore Holdings LTD after 8 months of searching with no luck... and we were tenants there by 4pm. It was that easy ... it was that nice.
That was 2019.
In my 57 years of life I've moved maybe at least 15 times ... and have never and probably won't ever again have better landlords. My condo was so well kept, everything felt new, my daughter just looked at me and was like 'Mom we need this to be our home' ... and the last 6 years have been 100% situation free. It could be a Sunday at 11:00 p.m. and you don't wait more than an hour to get a reply from email or text. They have a group of people that work for them, one with a specialty in every category. The plumber, the appliance guy, the Mr fix-it guy and all of them are at your disposal and jump when hearing Ken with North Shore Holdings LTD name. You wait the least amount of time to get anything taken care of. They are attentive, responsive, professional, kind, helpful ... Jim always had my back (dealing with the first association in my building wasn't always easy. There's was a much better association upon leaving) and as long as there weren't any problems, they leave you alone, they are just there when you need them. I will never have as good of landlords as Ken and Jim.
It was actually pretty sad to even have to leave.

“I'm so glad I found Michael. I initially contacted a few different realtors, including Michael, and asked each of them the same questions. Michael was the only one that didn't just give me quick, shallow answers and throw me links to comps. On our final walk through, Melissa was extremely thorough making sure every sink, appliance, etc was working the way it was supposed to. Thanks to her attention to detail we caught that one of the AC condensers wasn’t working and were able to have the sellers fix it.
