Been going there for years but in the past 2 years there seems to be a "I don't care attitude". Ordered a beef "wet" and what I got was passed over the "juice" the next time I had quite a chat with the order taker to be clear what "wet" means and we got it DRY. When I called & politely advised the manager he could not have cared less. Won't be back any time soon.

Ordered 2 pizzas and both were so overcooked you couldn’t bite through the crust. Tossed both in the garbage and called to make them aware and the manager wanted me to get it out of the garbage and drive 15 mins back to show him and then he would make me a new pizza! Seriously??? Maybe you shouldn’t pass off burnt pizzas…..lost a good customer!

I used to love Rosatis... until they have some girl answer the phone recently... she leaves you on hold for an hour comes back on the line and just says "Rosatis Please Hold"... doesn't let you even speak before your on hold again... this has happened 3xs already. ive never had a problem with this location or Rosatis! This is horrible customer service. The Spanish guy who usually takes my order is always on point even when he puts me on hold for a few minutes. He knows his regular customers and everything. Please let him take orders again. He also cooks the pizza. Even on busy days he'll let me know the delivery will be 2hrs.... and I've waited those hrs because he's just that good!

DO NOT ORDER A SINGLE ITEM FROM THIS LOCATION….I’ve ordered from Rosati’s more times than I can remember, and how my family used to order their pizza growing up for birthday parties, family gatherings, etc. They have the absolute best cannoli’s in my opinion but that changed today. My husband stopped for a slice of pizza on his way home from Chicago. We live about 2.5 hours from Chicago and when he got home we saw they were completely frozen. Never have I received frozen cannoli’s and when I called the restaurant, I spoke to the “manager” John, who insisted that they are served frozen at all locations and its standard procedure to serve them frozen straight from the box, ordered from the Rosati’s warehouse. Since I’ve ordered from 10+ locations and they all served them fresh, I found this to be a blatant lie. Will be contacting HQ or the regional manager. After seeing the countless negative reviews for this particular location, I will bring this to corp’s attention and requesting a refund!There is a different location just a few minutes from this one, do yourself a favor and go there, instead!

It's not worth it!!! I brought the Chicago-style deep-dish pizza. It was burned and I asked for chicken topping and which had no flavor. I got the 10’’ and it was $24.

I ordered the calzone. Horrible. The dough is simply dough. No seasonings. No brushed on butter. Nothing. The fillings are skimpy so you get 70% plain dough and 30% filling. Horrible. Do not order this. Ever.

Ordered cheesy garlic breadsticks. Received stale breadsticks, no garlic, different from what was pictured on menu. Might have just slapped some cheese on plain bread. Pineapple and canadian bacon pizza had just a few pieces of canadian bacon. Would not order from this location. Feel a bit ripped off.
