Very clean and great service. Breakfast was hot meal with extended menu items. They have a social period in the evening with food and drinks as well. Great place to stay!! Will definitely be back!!

I stayed here for a week.
The first two nights I couldn't park in the parking lot because it was being renovated but there was an alternative solution.
The parking lot is large but you may have difficulty to park if there are a lot of trucks and trailers...
The room was very old but it was okay.
Cleaning needs to be improved and there is little to no sound insulation in the rooms, you can hear absolutely everythings.
The whole hotel need to be renowated.
Free breakfast was good.
Gym was okay for few days.
The only one elevator worked well.
Free laundry was okay, one washer was out of order all week long.
Other washer and dryer worked well.
The staff was nice.

A great stay with everything you need.
Breakfast provided in the mornings, plenty of room options, free parking lot, and clean & comfortable rooms.
Located a 15 min walk, or 3 minute drive to the metra station, this stay is a great way to get into Chicago without paying Chicago hotel prices. The train takes about 45 minutes to an hour to get into the city, and is an awesome experience for visitors.

There is little to no sound insulation in the rooms. Best to request a room on the top floor as you can hear every movement if you’re below an occupied room.

Absolutely would recommend this hotel! The hotel as a while is well kept, well run, clean and outstanding amenities. But far above the cleanliness and spacious rooms, is the excellent care from a caring team. Especially Betty at the front desk. Housekeeping was wonderful and the kitchen staff work tirelessly to keep things refreshed. It was a great stay. I would not just highly recommend, I will definitely stay again. Thanks, Staybridge team!

Very amazing suites. It was located in a nice and quite area. Had nice amenities such as a lobby, pool, well-equipped gym, patio, and guest laundryroom. Also came with the best free continental breakfast I have ever had as it had so many dietary options. Overall, very beautiful and pleaaent stay.

Listen up because I’m about to get to a lot of how bad this hotel is! To start, the cluttered objects behind the reception desk were concerning. There were piles upon piles of random items like books and other things that looked in bad condition. Anyway, once I got to my room, it was freezing. The AC wouldn’t stop being so annoying- like seriously, it hummed off and on all night which made me not get much sleep. To make matters worse, the fire alarm put me onto panic mode in the middle of the day. It did stop after a couple of seconds but man it freaked me out! The breakfast is honestly disappointing and looks NOTHING like what was presented on their website- I even saw a black hair in my yogurt! Disgusting! Anyway, the only thing good about this place is where it’s located and the beds, that’s it.

The rudest, most unhelpful staff I have ever met. I missed my check in time, which was my fault. They then cancelled my entire reservation without notification and sold the room from under me. To top it off, they are now digging in their heels about issuing a partial refund. I am sorry, but a hotel should not expect to profit off the same room twice! Many of the exterior doors do not lock shut, the fire alarm system went off at 3:30a while I was stayed with my parents in another room, showers didn't drain. I could go on and on but this was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life and I am incredibly embittered about the whole thing.

We stayed here on May 10th as part of a park/fly reservation out of o'hare. We have always had subpar experiences out of O'Hare. We were so VERY pleasantly surprised at this hotel! We had a beautiful room, nice breakfast and polite service. The hotel manager greeted guests at breakfast and she was genuinely attentive to guests! Kim drove us to O'Hare and he was very professional. Start to finish it was an excellent stay. We fly out of O'Hare several times a here.And this is going to be our new go to spot. Many thanks!

The rooms were alright. Beds were cozy. The floors and couch were stained. The free breakfast was amazing.
