The worst for store pickups. I have had the wrong items dropped at my car or not received my items. They are always delayed and/or messing up . I’m not sure if they are understaffed or what but it’s terrible.

I liked this Target. The staff is friendly, the store is well stocked and has coffee and internet.

The store itself is really good, but the customer service, not so much. On Friday, January 3, went in to pick up an online order. I showed my driver's license, which I've done in other stores with no problem. However, the associate lectured me like I was a 10-year old and asked for the bar code or last 4 numbers of the order. When I explained I've used my license before as I don't have the app, she again went into this big deal about really need to use the bar code or the last 4 of the order number. She then went off in a huff to find it - and why the don't have the orders in the front by the pick-up counter is beyond me. I was on my way to dinner, so didn't have time to ask to speak to a manager. I called on Saturday, was told the manager on duty, Kelly, would call me back. Never heard. I wrote a letter addressed to the store manager, again, never heard back. I guess they could care less! Won't be back to this location!

The Starbucks in the Target is a total joke, never again. Waited *10 minutes* for the girl to take and make 1 persons order only to tell me they had no cold brew products. Messed up my other drink and had to remake. Too way too much time (15+ minutes) and put me in a bad mood. When I complained, no offer to make it right. 0/10 would not recommend

Pre-order and pickup of products at Target makes life simple and quick. And I can always rely on the quality of the items to be GOOD!

I don't want to make a video! My experience was great! My doctor faxed my Rx in the late morning and I was notified it was ready by email early that afternoon. It was quick and easy to get. Plus, the pharmacy manager was pleasant.

The gal in the personal care section was very rude. I asked if she works there and after a 5 second delay she gave me a blank stare and said yeah. Asked were the Harry’s shampoo for men was, she pointed to the body wash. I again said shampoo and she just turned and walked away. Wow…..never found and will not give Target my business. Customer service is dead, what a shame!!!
