Apartment is nice but there are times that there are no parking spots available because of Urban Air parkers.

We are happy with the apartment, but in winter there is a strong draft from the windows and doors to the balcony of the house, which makes it very cold. Washing machines leave greasy stains on clothes, and they don't wash out.

Sebastian, the Apartment Manager, has been outstanding with his customer service and accommodations. He is professional, responsive, and makes the process very smooth. Mireille was also extremely helpful and supportive. Both provided excellent service, and I truly appreciate their assistance. Highly recommend!
