Worst customer service EVER. Racist and arrogant workers. Was trying on clothes and kept getting stared at. The workers feel as if they own the place, and as if me buying stuff there is such a pain for them. Don't shop here anymore

A ton of well-organized interesting finds.Hint would be if you do see something that you think you like I would go ahead and purchase it for the low price because of left even overnight it might be gone the next day...

We made a donation today, and the man at the donation door was very rude. He yelled at us to get in the line. If he would help the people unload the line would move faster. He stood there complaining about having to do 100 donations a day. Maybe the manager could explain to him if there are no donations , there would be no store. We could easily find some place else to donate our items. We usually go in and shop, but since he was so rude we didn't today.

Some of the employees here are very rude and disrespectful. There is a cashier (manager?) who always seems annoyed to be working. Her single focus, it seems, is to continually tell shoppers the store is closing — every five minutes. Tonight, employees were literally shouting to each other across the store rather than use the intercom or, like, WAlK over to speak to them. One employee yelled into the parking lot at a shopper, ordering her to bring her shopping cart back into the store. Shouldn’t the employee do that? That’s how it works at every store I’ve gone to. Also, while there were multiple employees shouting to each other and yelling “store is closing” to shoppers, none of them could bother to open a register. There was one cashier at closing. Being polite and respectful would go a long way at this store.

Unfortunately, the clothes here are sorted by color rather than size. So, you’re wasting time sorting through all these items. Time is valuable.

I like the big store, but the prices are high---and unless you find an item with a discount color code, you will pay more than the other thrift chain.

Shorter lady with the many cheap looking colors in her hair was very rude, locked the fitting rooms early (long before 6:30) and then lied about doing it. She had no patience and was disrespectful to multiple customers. She seems like a miserable person and should probably seek employment elsewhere because she clearly isn’t happy here and disrupting the environment.

Very rude customer service. Think it was the manager. Skinny , brown , looked like he was around 50 years old. Don’t come here if you need help or looking around.

Love the mission of this place but when I donated today it didn’t feel appreciated . When I donated at Goodwill the other day the worker seemed super grateful and happy with all the stuff I gave them .. the person working today at this location seemed dead pan, no smile , no thank you and didn’t get a receipt offering when I donated a whole car filled with stuff … maybe it’s just different compared to Goodwill…

One of the more disappointing thrifts in the area. Very steep prices for deeply threadbare and mediocre to bad merchandise. Good things (such as vintage housewares) cost upwards of $25 and a Target stuff with tags is often marked higher than the last selling price. It’s a large store but the shelves aren’t densely stacked nor is it tidy or particularly pleasant.

Horrible service!!! I found a beautiful Frame yellow dress with tags worth $500 for $8.99 and I was so happy even tho the straps has still to be sewn and I was about to pay but then this tall cashier guy refuse to sell it to me because its too cheap & “not fair”, umm first of all this is a thrift store, second what do you expect sir?? its a donation!!! you cant do that, once priced that should be it, I spent countless hours looking just to be turned down. horrible! merry christmas by the way.
