This store is an absolute ripoff. I had 3 boxes of shoes that were to be returned to Zappos.com, with the prepaid return being free. I packed the 3 pairs of shoes in the original 2 Zappos shipping boxes (one pair of shoes and one box and the other two pairs in a larger box). When the store employee scanned the QR code to print the prepaid label, he said it wasn’t going to work since there was only one label and there were two boxes. I told him that this was how Zappos’s shipped me the shoes. I asked him if he had a solution or a suggestion. He said I could purchase a bigger box and we could put the three pairs of shoes in the one box and use the one return label. I agreed and he must’ve measured the three boxes together literally 10 times. He finally figured out what size box he needed and printed out the receipt for me to pay. The total came to almost $23. I couldn’t believe that one box would be $23. I looked at my receipt and the box itself was $12 and then there was another almost $6 charge for shipping supplies. I asked him what the charge for the shipping supplies was for? He said that’s for the tape for the box. Really??…you can buy an entire roll of shipping tape for that price. Then there was another packing charge on the receipt for several more dollars. Might has well have been listed as “additional overcharge”. I did not fight it, as I had planned on calling Zappos‘s customer service afterwards and see if they could credit me the $23 in addition to my shoe return credit. When I spoke with Zappos, they said they had no way to credit me that amount and that was how that UPS store worked, as they have no control over them. I then told them they should not advertise free return shipping if they recommend a store that charges these kind of ridiculous prices. I also suggested that they should not suggest this particular UPS store location in the future for doing returns.

I recently had a very bad experience shipping some items to florida for my mother. the box had been rummaged through and some items stolen and the young man at this location was very sympathetic and understanding and helpful. He went out of his to resolve the issue and they sent my mom a check for the full value of the items lost even though i didnt get the insurance or anything.
So, it was a bad situation but they helped make it right and I really appreciated it. Thank you so much

She’s being really unhelpful. I’ve sent the email four times, but she hasn’t checked her spam folder or inbox. She keeps telling me she hasn’t received anything and asks me to resend it.

Rude and unprofessional staff. Didn’t even care to respond to my inquiries via email and when I called, she hung up on me without addressing any of my concerns despite knowing that it’s urgent. I called again to follow up on my email, but this woman who seemed to hate her job so much only said ‘OK’ in her idgaf tone. I waited until the next day to get a response but still NADA. Guys, just go with FEDEX! They are much nicer and accommodating. I called FEDEX after this bad encounter and I was surprised how superior their customer service was. Think thrice before going here or you’ll end up having your nice day ruined lol

I was not allowed inside with tiny dog on leash. No any signs prohibiting doors on doors. I was staying in line and was sent out when I was closer to be served
