The staff here has no consideration for customers what so ever. Have been to this location 3 times now to get finger prints scanned. I was sent off first time after being the only customer in line saying that an appointment is required, even when the document I had clearly stated that I can walk in.The second time when I booked an appointment I was returned saying that there is no bar code on the appointment application. I showed the original email to the staff and asked him to enter the confirmation number on the screen to which he completely denied and asked me to call usps support and get the appointment with bar code.Every time I visited this place it was a nightmare and felt racially profiled.The staff here needs to be trained about customer service.

They are very nice and the price to ship express is half what you pay at UPS or Fed Ex.

The employees in here are not very helpful. Even if you make an appointment and have the confirmation number sent to you, they will still say that they don’t have it. Made me come back for the 3rd time now just to do a finger printing. Their process is so ineffective.

Just had my passport picture taken..// it’s not electronic so I can’t use it for my Irish online passport renewal, and it’s blurry and out of focus…. Total amateur effort and cost me $15….. if you’re offering and charging for a service at least have someone take the photo who knows what they’re doing. What a waste of my time and money

The mail I sent out from this location is regularly stolen and turns into fraud most likely inside job with the workers committing fraud. Should have rule requiring the workers live in the immediate area would most likely fix the fraud issues here.

Went to ask for a missing Mail. I have the tracking information and inform them that the Mail I expect with a important document is supposed to be delivered but I haven’t got it. a lady ask me about the tracking number. she said she will look in the back but no luck. I guess the post man somehow misplace and lost it since it shows out for delivery. but not scan that it was delivered. She told me she will give me a call to investigate who made the deliveries that day. but that driver who was schedule that day is still outside making deliveries. she said I will get in touch with you and ask for my number and told me she will call me the next day… she never called. still no updates.. really upset about this. =( I am still hoping that they will find it. but she could atleast let me know if she was able to talk to the driver.

As an employee management does not do their job and will falsify paperwork. Management does not know how to treat people, they speak to you like you are a child, they lie together so they can fire you. It's so sad that they do this. But they are hiring and this is why they can't keep people because the postmaster and her hand picked crew will go after you and lie, will target you and label you as having an attitude. Stereotypes and labeling individuals seems to be the way to get rid of people or indefinitely suspend you.

Wanted to send packages (3) overseas; unfortunately the postal clerk informed customers that their computer is done, only cash transaction. To send those packages overseas will amount to over $200 by experience. What an inconvenient by the post office, no signage was posted or seen anywhere to notify customers of that fact, by the doors, on the walls. If there were signage posted, I would just go to another post office, instead of carrying heavy 3 packages into this post office and informed to turn away and leave to other post offices. Not well organized! And poor customers services.

Why does the phone number on Google not call Glenview post office when I clearly searched "Glenview post office". The government literally can't implement anything properly. What a waste of my tax dollars.

Anyone giving this post office a bad review has either never been to a post office or is blaming the front of house employees for general post office problems. The people at the counter are fantastic and far superior to what you see at most post offices. They are kind, actually care and work with you to solve problems. The postmaster at the location is readily available and will readily help with any issues. I often feel bad for the employees because most of the time when I hear people angry at them, it is because they themselves did something wrong or screwed something up and are blaming the PO.Is this place perfect? Obviously not. Relative to other POs, they are amazing.

Is it possible to give less than 1 star for the service at this post office? If it were, that is the rating they would get and deserve. No sense of urgency. Customer service is lacking. Why make a passport appointment for 9am when you arrive at 8:45 like they ask and the 8:45 appointment is still waiting to be seen. At 9am, still no one has taken the 8:45 people and now there is a back up. No one at the counter looks your way or wants to offer service. What else could a person possibly have to do besides wait at the post office? And don’t get me started about Mr. Han. What a joke.
