This is my favorite Verizon location!! I drive 30 minutes to this store just to see Stephany! She is very knowledgeable and has helped upgrade the whole family. She made everything super easy and simple. We all now have new iPhone 15s and switched over to the 5G home internet and everything is working out great!! Thank you Stephany for your amazing service!

Brandon the staff member who assisted me was extremely patient and helpful. He took the time necessary to clearly explain and adjust the settings on needed on all my devices. He exemplifies a stellar employee and is a great asset to Verizon. I definitely recommend this location.

The customer service at this Verizon location is beyond poor. I have had nothing but terrible experiences when dealing with this location (especially Brandyn). He is rude, doesn't try to help the clients and either assumes the clients know all the ins and outs with new devices, or, tries to take advantage of them based on their lack of knowledge and understanding. I've dealt with these issues personally and watched it play out with other customers over the number of times I was in the store. The last time I was in this store (early evening of 11/16/23), there were two (2) other customers who were ALSO complaining about the same issue/s with the store and Brandyn in particular. If I could, I would leave NO star. I will be returning my new, unopened devices and switching carriers as soon as possible. I can no longer deal with this and should not have to travel just to get adequate service.
