This pharmacy is a joke. I give them my prescriptions. They said come back in an hour when I did they said it wasn’t ready and that it would be two more hours. I informed them that I was in need of my prescriptions because I have surgery in the morning. She told me that they were behind and that other people were waiting, so I looked behind myself into the store, literally only one other person in the whole store I said can I just stand here and wait she acted like I was ridiculous. They need to someone who knows how to run that place.

The front end of the store is always clean and organized! They must have a great store manager.

If there was a -1 star I would give them that. The worst place ever. So unprofessional and the manager should be fired. Not one of the employees are professional or have the courtesy to answering a phone call not even the pharmacy department.

This is the worst walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to. The pharmacy assistants try to help but don’t get to much help from these terrible pharmacists. They won’t talk to you claiming they have no help well that’s not my problem.i will never go back to Walgreens this is why there stockwent from$80 to $10 .8 people in line everyone complaining about how bad this pharmacy is.the pharmacists should be replaced immediately.

Horrible racist attitudes. The old cashier clearly saw me walk in and asked her coworker if she should greet and both chuckled afterwards. The cashier asked if I had an id in a manner as if she assumed I wasn’t going to have one, sorry but just because I’m Mexican it doesn’t mean I won’t have an ID. Definitely won’t come back here.

This is a very nice Walgreens. The workers are very helpful and the manager I see working all of the time. Extremely hard-working. They always seem to have a great selection of items whether it be personal care, food, or vitamins. My only disappointment with this Walgreens is that on the weekends there's usually someone hooving outside asking for money or selling something such as StreetWise or other products. I have no problem with folks selling items or asking for assistance. However, I prefer that they not be positioned directly in front of the entrance. In fact, several of my neighbors have voiced the opinion that they will not go to this buisness on weekends specifically because of individuals loitering in front of the establishment.

Horrible pharmacy staff. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CONCERNING. I went to collect my mother’s medication after her surgery. As I was submitting the order, I clearly asked if her medication would be covered and the pharmacy tech confirmed they would. After waiting 30 minutes for them to prepare the medication, they said they couldn’t locate my mother’s information/order. I went to go get my mother’s medical card that took maybe 30 seconds, the pharmacy tech took three more customers after me. The other pharmacy tech came and said that she couldn’t find my order again and said I’d have to order again which would take another 30 minutes! My mom was in pain After her surgery and not only did they make us wait, they were asking me to pay for the medication when she’s covered. I went to a different Walgreens and they helped me out perfectly without any issues because they said after surgery it’s priority for them to assist those patients that need their medication right away. DON’T GO HERE!

When I went to get my Covid vaccine there, they incorrectly administered it and a lot more of the vaccine fluid went on my arm instead of in my arm (not just two drops like they claimed). Thus, I did not get my full dose of the booster. Staff seem to be in too much of a hurry to get things done thar they are not doing things correctly.

Pharmacy staff is amazing. I always get great service and all the help I need. I appreciate everything they do for me. I definitely recommend this pharmacy.

PLEASE READ: Was told on a call that the prescription for my dad was ready to be picked up in two hours. I asked specifically if I needed to contact the doctor to send a new prescription and the pharmacist said no. I show up two hours later and a blonde middle aged lady at the counter tells me that my dad needed a new prescription to obtain this medication. I asked her kindly why in that case I was told over the phone that it was ready for pickup and she rudely interrupted saying “We’re human, the insurance process is not.” I mentioned the urgency of picking up this medication as my dad was discharged from the hospital that day and, again, the lady cut me off mid sentence and said that the hospital made a mistake of letting him go that day because a refill for that prescription isn’t ready until a later date. The audacity of this worker to lack any form of empathy, to repeatedly interrupt customers, and to display signs of sheer rudeness towards customers who are obviously going through a rough time in their lives is unacceptable. I will make sure my family and I never goes to this pharmacy again.
