Unfortunately I was wrung up incorrectly/overcharged on 2/25/25. I came back to the Pharmacy on 2/26/25 and DAISY in the PHARMACY was a BLESSING. She never gave up, made multiple phone calls and persevered; ultimately was able to correct the problem. I can't say enough positive things about DAISY. Please WALGREENS do not LOSE her. If more places had employees/associates like her, the world would run much more smoothly. (BTW, I am not related or friends with DAISY. This is an HONEST review on her and her outstanding performance.) If there is any type of bonus/prize for outstanding performance of going above and beyond, then DAISY should definitely earn that.

Absolute horrible customer service on Jan 29th 2025 around 10am
I went up to the counter to pay for my stuff and there was no cashier. I stood there and waited and finally I said, is someone coming?
The cashier walked over and rudely said, I’m coming Sir.
She didn’t apologize for the inconvenience and she didn’t even say hello or smile.
I paid for my things, she didn’t ask me for my Walgreens number and she handed me my receipt and said here you go.
I came back into the store after I looked at my Walgreens receipt and noticed I didn’t receive the discount.
The cashier who helped me has black hair, and is a heavier set Caucasian women.
A young man was able to help me and give me my discount.

Drive thru was closed earlier than posted time. Had a sign posted that Pharmacist as not on duty.
I walked in, it was open and pharmacist was available.
The reason the pharmacy associate gave was that the manager removed the cash register before the time on the posted sign.
They should either change the time on the posted sign. Or keep it open till the time they posted.
I wasn’t prepared to walk thru the parking lot in 20 degree temps.

This location is probably the worst in the area. Service is very slow, clients are being ignored and disrespected. It always takes exorbitant time to get prescription filled. I had to wait for 40 minutes to get a vaccine even though I had an appointment and there was no line. I suggest to avoid this location if possible.

Takes 20 minutes for them to answer every time i call. They keep picking up and placing it back on hold. I was told my prescription would take a couple of hours. Three days later and it still wasn’t ready.

I had a decent experience at Walgreens, over all the staff were helpful in helping me find the medication I was looking for, most other items were quite overpriced, I really would only buy non-medication items if you are in a hurry because almost all other products can be found cheaper at the jewel-osco across the street.

I needed to pick up a prescription for one small bottle of eye drops, which I waited over 25 minutes for. There were almost no people there, after I reminded myself - the pharmacist named Gervasis still kept me waiting for 15 minutes. You didn’t have to do anything special, just give the bottle (not count a certain number of tablets). Just terrible service.

This review is specifically for Linda who works at the Pharmacy. Absolutely wonderful service and someone who actually appears to enjoy her work. From the beginning, she remembered the person who was standing behind me and his wife and asked how she was doing by name and from memory. As I was checking out, she asked me about my insurance and I gave her my info but for whatever reason, it wouldn't take the info. I told her I had to leave and pick up my child and the prescription wasn't that much so not a big deal. But she insisted that she would figure it out. She calls me within 30 minutes to tell me that she figured it out and that they would refund it back to my credit card. Wonderful and I appreciated the effort.
