Terrific customer service at this location! Eric took so much time with us. My husband and I came in to address an email problem I was having on my laptop and phone. Also, I needed to buy a new phone. Eric quickly fixed the email issue and advised me on new phones. I bought a beautiful lavender IPhone 17 with lavender case and accessories on a fantastic promotion! Eric put the new liquid screen protector on it for me. He patiently spent so much time with us making sure that he answered all our questions. This is our new GO TO Xfinity location! 2840 Patriot Blvd. Glenview, IL Thank you Eric!

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I’ve been in here three times and every time all the focus is on upsell me and trying to get me to get more stuff. When I ask to cancel or ask for some very simple changes, I am met with we can’t do that here. Call customer service. Borderline criminal and such a bad representation of an already terrible brand.

Xfinity as a whole is very frustrating to deal with. But, going in to the store is a better experience than trying to contact any type of customer service. I've been to this location multiple times and I'm pretty sure I've been helped by the entire staff at this point. They're all very friendly and charming young folks. They've helped me lower my cell bill and switch to streaming to save money on these extremely high rental rates

Surprisingly the staff at the store were a lot more helpful than I expected. I was so frustrated with customer service over the phone that I decided to go in person and go through my whole account. The staff actually spoke to me with care and explained everything to me in details that customer service over the phone never could. I’ve wasted hours on the phone so I recommend coming to the store at all costs instead. I was helped by 2 people at the same time so it really meant a lot to me. The reason I’m giving them a 4 star however is just because I don’t like Xfinity the company as a whole.

Oh my God! I am at the Xfinity store in Glenview and had the best experience of my life. Linda took so much time to help my sick phone and she made it well again. I am so thrilled with all the time she gave me and her brilliance. And by the way, Eric also helped a little I look. I love these two I’m in love with them because they helped me with a huge problem but now I’m able to call all my friends again thanks to Xfinity and Linda mostly in a little bit Eric bye-bye

I visit the Glenview location frequently. When I do, I try my best to work with Linda, Alex, or O’Keefe. These three are knowledgeable and honest. Can’t ask for much more than that.
