I had my car towed for a bad alternator and it was replaced for me at a way cheaper rate that I had been quoted everywhere else. Fast work, so I’m able to get back home before the holidays and they worked with my budget to change my brakes and get me back home safe. Such a reliable and caring establishment. I will definitely be back.

My experience with this tow company, dispatched by AAA, was not as successful as others. They dragged my vehicle up the truck flatbed and ruined the alignment. The rods were bent. Both AAA and the AutoPal refused to take responsibility. Cost me >$400 of repairs with a new alignment. Shame on both establishments.
In response to the owner....I reported it 7 days after the incident in August and AAA sat on it, not either of our problems and control but I brought this to your attention in September and agreed to settle and never came through. I gave you a chance but you failed so the public needs to know.
And do your homework, car was down for transmission issues and had NOTHING to do with wheel alignment. Dont kid yourself or your ego.
Just so were clear, YOU WANT YOUR CUSTOMERS TO TELL YOUR TOW DRIVERS HOW TO TOW? I just want to be sure that is what you are saying. As someone who doesnt get many cars towed, that is not my expertise and dont pretend I know how.

James and J were both so incredibly helpful after my breaks went out and was stranded in Chicago the day before thanksgiving. Not only did they get the job done as quickly as possible (trying really hard to get me back on the road that night) their quote was more than fair (in my favor). They also gave me a place to sit down and get my situation sorted as well while they worked on the car. These guys are super great and trustworthy! Highly recommend them.

I had an amazing experience. The guys there are real nice and work efficient and fast. I’m very grateful when I got a flat tire that they were willing to take me in and fix the car for such a reasonable price.

Daniel arrived on site at the ETA I was given, quickly loaded up my Camaro onto the flatbed, we checked any damage together and he helped in a stressful situation. Car was dropped off to my favorite tire shop, Juniors Tires. Great fast quality service! If I need a tow in the future I’ll be using these guys.

Angelo was a savior for me. I lost my only set of car keys while golfing and was in a crowded parking lot in 95+ degree weather. The first thing he had me do was get in his truck to stay out of the heat. He proved to not only be an expert at what he does but that he cares about the person in need of help most of all. He was able to successfully get my car towed safely and quickly. Very grateful for his service.
