“I am writing this review regarding State Farm representative Iza. Miss I,za was very friendly, Courteous, and a knowledgeable Representative. She was very concerned with all my questions and answered them precisely. If it was a question she was not familiar with she didn't give me an off the wall answer by her being new to the company, she would put me on hold and asked the Manager for the correct answer to my question
We both laughed and share similar experiences due to using these new cell phones that I found to be a little difficult when trying to open more than one screen at a time. Iza did her best in obtaining the best quote for my Home and Car Insurance which I was very much satisfied and elated. We as consumers are so quick to complain when service isn't good but forget to commend those employees who are truly doing an outstanding job. Kudos to Ms. Iza.”

They are always professional, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to help me with my insurance needs. Whether it's a question about my policy or assistance with a claim, they are always prompt and efficient. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for reliable and friendly insurance service in the Calumet City area. However my experience with the State Farm company has turned bad, we experienced a bad storm last year which caused damage to my roof and I experienced leaks inside my house. State Farm refused to replace my roof instead they want me to patch it up and have different colors on the roof due to the age of the roof. I’ve been a customer for over 30 years and never filled a claim on my house, this is unfair. My State Farm bills has increased over 30%. I have a great agent but looking for a new insurance company”
