Poor customer service. Asked if someone can assist me with selecting windshield wipers for my car because I did not know the size. Young man pointed to aisle two. I did not know the size. Another young man with dreads, who gave much better service than anyone else, looked it up for me. I asked if someone can help me put them on, and a guy who looked to be a manager said to me sarcastically, “help, or put them on for you?”. I saw the service I was getting at Autozone so I walked out of the store and went across the street to O’Reillys. I received assistance with the wipers and installed in less than 5 min. I hope someone in authority sees this and gives training to those individuals. Those guys could cause you to lose money at that store with their attitudes.

Wonder if the district manager is aware that the store closes before 9pm when customers are present so that the manager (has locs) can go home on time.

Perfect repairing, courteous, helpful, perfect for getting things you need fixed. Willing to explain everything and fantastic customer service. I got my battery replaced and got new windshield wipers. Staff was kind and nice to my 8-year-old son as well. My son helped me write this review. Please visit them for your auto needs! Nicholas was particularly helpful.

Jr. came to my rescue with a flat tire. He put in the fix a flat then put air in the tire. While he was helping me he also helped a lady whose brake light had gone out.
Will definitely be taking my business there from now on.

I bought a battery from this place for 300$ dollars and there too lazy to do installation lying saying they don’t do it anymore which is a lie I would have never purchased a battery from here it it didn’t state that they in fact do

I lived in Glenwood Springs for about 8 years.I relocated to Mexico about 3 years ago. I needed a part for my 1999 Chevy 2500 Suburban big engine. All a had was a ACDelco part number. I was unable to cross it over. I thought I’d call Les who used to manage the store. They but me in touch with James. Took em all of a minute to find my part. I don’t know what you pay people who work with ya.Ya.Sometimes we loose sight of that I suppose. Please Thank James for me. He is a valuable asset to you. Kenny

Happy experience today, thanks to helpful staff knowledge of auto parts, needed a replacement bulb for my Ford Escape, they had bulb in stock. Wow didn't have to order and wait...... thanks AutoZone for being amazing.
