I would like to take a moment to recognize Sydney at the Blue Island location for the exceptional service she provided during my recent rental.
From beginning to end, Sydney was attentive, pleasant, professional, and consistently provided top-tier customer service. As a Corporate Director, I interact with service professionals regularly, and I can honestly say that Sydney provided some of the best customer service I have experienced in months.
What impressed me most was her genuine attention to detail. Sydney asked thoughtful questions, made sure I was comfortable with my rental selection, and ensured that everything was taken care of as I prepared for my son's college drop-off. She made what could have been a stressful and busy experience feel seamless.
When I returned the vehicle, I had the opportunity to interact with Sydney again, and she impressed me once more. She remembered that I was traveling for my son's college drop-off and asked how everything went and whether the vehicle I selected worked out for me. That level of personal attention and follow-through is rare and truly stood out.
Companies need more employees like Sydney. She represents the kind of employee who makes customers feel valued and creates a lasting impression. Her service is a great reflection of Enterprise, and experiences like this are exactly why I chose Enterprise over Avis.
I would also like to recognize the other associate who assisted me during the vehicle sign-off on August 10, 2026. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name, but she also provided exceptional service and deserves recognition for the way she assisted me.
Please make sure both employees receive my sincere appreciation. Sydney, (Syd Bailey) in particular, deserves to know that her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care did not go unnoticed.

“Not your “normal” rental experience! The team at the Glenwood Illinois location was highly responsive and totally saved the day! Our car got totaled ar the same time that our area had a big storm. There were no rental cars within an hour of our home. At the last hour the Enterprise team came through and saved the day!! They were highly responsive, actually answered the phone, and took really good care of us!!”
