0 Stars if I could. This company are cheats and and frauds. My company used Landauer for personal dosimeter badges for 10+ years. Then one month our badges get lost in the mail. We had certified mail slip. I contacted customer service to state that "we" did not lose the badges. They were lost, a one time fee would have been acceptable. but no every month an additional charge. Finally I dropped service with them, asked for a history for each member of our company for Department of Health logs. Instead, they withheld the records, not ethical. Further committed fraud by sending my company to collections. Even after negotiated payment, still withholding our dosage history. Customer service is lacking Nycole Lee and David Hall are the worst. Steer Clear.

If I could give a 0 I would. I worked here for all of 3 months and from day one I spotted red flags! This job is very ghetto. There were 2 supervisors in the area I was working in. Veronica and Dee. Veronica was okay, she took her job very seriously I loved that. Dee, however was the rudest lady I had ever met ?. She never spoke out of line to me but it was the way she spoke to other people. How can you be a manager but argue with the people working under you? Make it make sense ma’am! I knew I had enough when I came to work one day and this lady had a whole crockpot on the floor next to her station plugged in and boiling polishes ON THE CLOCK!!!! ???? now that was so ghetto omg. Honestly the only good thing about this job is we get to listen to our music while working and the bathrooms are always clean (thanks to the janitor lady). Seriously, even the vendors are complaining in these reviews and they are on the outside looking in. You won’t receive great products unless you have a great team working behind the scenes. This job is not a great team at all. I wouldn’t recommend working here or doing business here.

I was a client for 28 years. Customer service was always poor. I canceled the service appropriately (or so I thought) and they sent my company to collections for a service they didn't even provide. AVOID LANDAUER AT ALL COSTS!! Don't make the same mistake I did and enter into a contract with these people.

Ok for monitoring but beware of additional charges you"ll be receiving. Paying for badge return, paying for lateness of badge return, pay for unsent badges. Canceled account early now it is a never ending nightmare stop them from charging future invoices. I cant just deal with an account rep too many people are involved . Eva was my only pleasant experience . Beware

Just called the Customer Care line and they were not able to assist us. We asked if our company account can be setup for Electronic Invoicing rather than mailed invoices. This option would save paper and allow for quicker payment turnaround time. The person I spoke with said they do not have Electronic Invoicing.
