So I got usps informed delivery and this is where my mail comes out of, after calling 8x this am because normally mail runs at around 10am on Saturdays and didn't get mail Friday even tho I was supposed to 1 being a very important check I been waiting for for months comes to find out our postal carrier is on vacation and however I do not blame her because everyone is entitled to vacations but for this facility not to be able to route another driver with our small villages mail. Like so what happens I hav to go in there and pick up my mail on a daily and the woman I spoke to said mail will go out late today for yesterday and today and here it is almost 8pm on Saturday and still nothing. And wonder why the postal service is going downhill more and more ppl using FedEx and ups

We close at 5. Told them 10000 times we close at 5. They still deliver after 5 and get out packages shipped back to sender. Not hard to comprehend. 5pm or later. There is no one here.

I hate this post office on Holbrook avenue I have informed delivery and I have been missing mail for the last 3 days I don't get packages but yet they raise the P.O Box fees. I will be contacting the higher-ups this is a issue and some heads need to roll.

I have been trying to call the Tri City post office for 3 days. The phone rings and rings. On occasion someone picked the phone up and hung up. Terrible!

Lazy hood for nothing workers! And I’m that goes for the postmaster as well because he allows it. They sign up to work in any weather conditions. When it’s a light snow or rain they don’t deliver the mail. The supervisor in charge are making up excuses for them instead of making them work. They are too buddy buddy with the workers.

Go there to get anything accomplished.Good luck calling because the phone rings incessantly then miraculously disconnects. Or someone is obviously hanging up. They don’t answer if you call.

I get every piece of mail for my stepkids except for when there appears to be anything that feels like a debit card inside, my wife has the app where she can see the mail that she’s not receiving and we always have to go up there because the lazy ones also don’t ever answer their phones!!!!

This place deserves negative stars. i moved almost 2 months ago still have not receive mail from old address did an online address change. this month i did a paper address change. called the holbrook office no help after finally answering, had been calling for WEEKS. sad part is i moved from glenwood to glenwood you would think that would have been simple.

Sooo tired of going days without mail. HIRE SOMEONE TO DELIVER MAIL ON ROSE STREET!!!!! why do i have to go to the post office to pick up my mail? Thats you all job!!! Only been living here 7months and already had to go to the post office 3xs for undelivered mail. Harvey wasnt even that bad.

I have the app where it shows what mail or letters you getting for the day. All last week it was showing that I was receiving mail coming that day. By the time Friday came I have not received 0 pieces of mail. I called the post office to ask where is my mail. The lady that answered phone said that they split deliveries because someone is on vacation. I also had a package come through usps, and strangely enough my merchandise I had ordered is missing. I had to notify the merchant , luckily they sending out a replacement for free. I don't like what is going on with this post office. Somebody has to be held responsible.
