The employees are walking around talking on their phones and are apparently too lazy to bring a package to my front door ! I live on a street near the police dept. it is Always accessible so they drive it around all day and say they can’t access the porch ? No gates blocking entrance. Lazy employees

20 years at this Post Office. The service has become poor. Lately, to many,.of my packages have been stolen. If your packages are delivered after 4:30pm,..forget it! Amazon, UPS, etc will leave them in the lobby or outside. Why,..? Why isn't there a locker to place those packages in? I now have my packages delivered to another address. I thought,..that is what this post office was for?..

Rude staff, I don't ship often so I had asked some questions and the woman there gave me short and vague answers about the shipping and when I had a follow up question she would smack her lips and act annoyed so I just paid for whatever shipping and left since she didn't want to answer my questions.

They do not deliver in my area on Saturdays and many Fridays! They lie and say they made an attempt to deliver but no access! The time they quoted, I am home and can see from the window my front porch. Not one carrier has been to my home at this time. They will mark packages as being delivered but when I check, no packages. They eventually drop it off the next day or 2 days later! I will start having packages delivered by UPS or FEDEX!

Horrible post office. They never deliver in the desinated time frame. Tracking the package says deliver today by 8pm. Had me waiting 2 days afterwards to deliver my package and I still haven't received it. I wish I could give them 0 stars. What's the point of tracking your package when their carriers never meets those delivery deadlines. Can't wait until Amazon replaces their mail service.

No STARS!!!!!!! I told you I would be back. I've had to put in another complaint because I have another package that the carrier lied and said he delivered my package so I checked my video camera and sure enough he didn't. USPS has blocked my number so I can't get through anymore. Horrible customer service. I have 2 complaint cases against the Homewood/ Flossmoor post office #CA143726736 #CA143737732 and their carrier. Today was the first time someone picked up the phone at the Glenwood office. (I wonder why?) 708-754-0674. I spoke with Mr. Kemp who stated that the driver was still out and he would look into it and never called me back. No one has called me or emailed me about any of my complaints. Tara from 1800-askusps wasn't any help either. USPS has the WORST service ever. Oh and I'm not done, I will be contacting an attorney and corporate office.

Used to always get our mail every day before 1pm, no exceptions. We run a business and our office closes at 4pm. Same hours for decades. Now they have this new carrier that won't show up for DAYS. We're lucky if our business gets our packages delivered when they're supposed to. It's been like this for about a year now. If you live or work in Glenwood and need a package delivered, use any company BUT USPS if you can.
