“Consistent food quality and flavor. Service is only inconsistency. Have pulled up to order one or two items and waited longer for a voice to take my order than it took to complete the order and get my food. 3-7 minutes. Also pulled up to get just a drink and after a few minutes another customer pulled up to the other station, ordered, and drove to the cashier station before anyone spoke to me. These were periods with no other customers and no one in line at either cashier or pick up windows. Would not complain if it only happened once!”
“I love the convenience of the CU, but it seems lately staff is new every week. I understand new hires, but I never see the old staff anywhere. I hope it is a good place to work. It makes me question if staff can not stay. Maybe I should start looking for another CU.”

“I came to this location to make a car loan payment. I was helped by Tatiana, I'm hoping I spelled her name correctly. She was extremely helpful. I was having trouble making my payment due to my card being a prepaid card. She not only assisted me, but her customer service was 5 star. Very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and so patient. She tried her best to get the transaction completed. I ended up leaving to go to Walmart to get a money order, came back and she was eager to get me in so I could be on my way since I had been there so long. I drove all the way from Florissant Mo. My visit at this branch was amazing! Thank you Tatiana for being such a cool person!”
