service is horrible, I have waited 2 months for a bottle to be filled.I have been there four times, and still do not have bottle. Unfriendly,and i will never step foot back on premises

We have been out of propane now for 2 weeks (even during the extreme cold and my mom had a major surgery, she has had cancer) and they finally called us back today after calling and calling this morning. They said they aren’t delivering today and won’t be anytime soon. THEY ALREADY TOOK OUR MONEY!! This is the most unprofessional company. The receptionists are always very rude and they never have a manager to speak to.
