As with any such place it depends who you get - the guy I got was great. He took his time, within reason, and made sure I was happy. He also have me one of the best haircuts I've gotten in the last year. Unfortunately Great Clips isnt really geared towards picking a stylist and using them repeatedly. I'll do my best to get the same guy though as he made it all worth it.

Fast, sloppy cut that took 5 minutes opposed to the typical 30min cut and style. I have walked out looking worse than when I walked in. Asked the stylist to go over and clean it up where she clearly missed . She almost seemed bothered by the request
If you won't take the time to do a proper cut then please find another career. People are trusting you with a part of the body that makes one feel empowered as it's their hair and identity.
Now to spend more money to get this corrected.
Please do better Great Clips. Your services have declined tremendously.

They're hit and miss. A few times ago a woman cut my son's hair crooked. The next time another woman corrected the mistake.

Godfrey location at 2700 Godfrey Road... I checked in on-site, next in line... one man checked in on-site right after me... they took him ahead of me under MY name and dropped MY name from the list... while I told them what they did, an "online check in" arrived and got added to the list and I was put on the list AFTER him... I went from a 4 minute wait to a 26 minute wait and told them "I'll do my business at the barber shop".
They didn't apologize or even OFFER to make me next up OR to give me a free cut if I would wait the 26 minutes that were THEIR fault!
