I couldn't be happier with Allstate. I purchased a house this year and they were so willing to work with me and to bundle my home and auto to save me money. I will continue to stay with them and suggest you take a chance on them too because they may surprise you and give you better quality service than you could expect.

Absolutely love this Allstate office. I’ve had a few claims due to deer/weather and they have been amazing each time. Doris is a gem and I hope she never leaves!

I called to see about getting a cash value policy the agent I spoke to kept trying to sell me a replacement cost policy upon correcting him about what type of policy I was trying to get he got angry and hung up on me.The next day I called back and spoke to another agent who tried to give me policy with $2500 deductible when I told her that was crazy she asked me if I planned on making claims I then asked to speak to John I told him how I was spoken to and he told me he was very proud of his staff.

Last April Allstate ignored me, a client, and got trigger happy on a claim that work insurance was supposed to take care of. I told Allstate that I was going through work insurance not Allstate, yet they still filed a claim. It’s October and I’m still dealing with this mess after Allstate ignored their client and dumped such a mess on me. I’ve tried calling Allstate for months to get this fixed and every call ends with Allstate saying they’ll fix but nothing ever happens. I’ve been lied to, deceived, and I’m tired of dealing with such an un-trust-worthy insurance. Really considering seeking legal help against this corrupt and abusive insurance company. Don’t chose Allstate people, they’ll just lie and make your life hell.

Allstate ignored me as a client and filed a bogus claim, my insurance is all messed up and for 6 months Ive been trying to get this fixed. Allstate promises a fix when I call but nothing ever happens. Ive been stolen from, lied to, cheated by Allstate. Dont go to Allstate, they will just s**** clients over and steal by creating bogus claims while ignoring their clients. Any other insurance would be far better than this 6 month and counting headache. Allstate is a joke.

I really like the Godfrey location of my Allstate office. The workers are very helpful and friendly. Joss got us all signed up when I called the office to inquire about changing insurance. She really showed me how we could save money. Glad we changed. Call and check their prices today and join the Allstate Family. Thanks!
