I've gotten my glasses and contact lenses here for years. The doctors are nice and they are thorough. The prices are not too bad when insurance is used. I do like a lot of their frames, and people are there to help you.

Met Brandy and Marie at a VSP dinner, and gained quite a bit of insight on some things that we shared between our offices. Super friendly ladies! It was great to meet you both!

Apparently this facility won't give me an appointment because I missed one that I was "made aware of" via email; when I asked how this employee could say for certain that I received the email she became irate. The employee proceeded to change her tone instantly as looking up my information, she told me the policy "has changed;" be that as it may I did not mean to miss and would pay the fee.. except they said that I simply can't go there anymore unfortunately there is not a fee?

Great place to get glasses, was great with my Mom who has some issues understanding. Brandy did wonderful getting her some amazing glasses. I can't wait for my appointment and glasses.

GONE DOWNHILL FAST! I have gone here for years and always had good service. However that is a thing of the past it seems.Had my partner call for an appointment for a foreign object removal for my eye. She was told I had to go to the ER. The ER , informs me I have to see them. Got the run around for a week straight and now I’m at the point I called Heitz and they can got me in same day.When I asked for them to send my contact prescription to Heitz I was told no. Their billing department messed up and billed my insurance wrong at the time of my exam over a year ago. They were supposed to resubmit the claim.Petty behavior and uninformed counter people cost them my 20 years of business.
