We had a great experience. Spent lots of Sundays driving through the lot looking at vehicles. We found a beautiful Nissan Murano and knew it was the car for us. Got us financed and took the car home that day. I recommend these guys if you need a vehicle.

Had my car not even 2 weeks and it’s been in the shop for a month now because the engine was going out and they wouldn’t give me a rental or anything. Yes the warranty covered the cost of getting the engine fixed and they paid my first months car note but I’ve had to find rides back and forth to work and I can’t afford it. I’m on the verge of loosing my job and they could care less. I wish I could give a negative star. I have been talking to my lawyer because this has caused tremendous hardship for me and they just don’t care.

Ya so don't waste your time with this place u tried to ask him a question and they respond with another question you respond back to them and they completely ignore you like they don't know how to use their voices why do business with a place who doesn't know how to operate properly or speak up to people if you don't want to do a deal or something else along the lines speak up tell people it's okay to tell people no. Or don't have a business because ppl deserve better

I'm writing to express my disappointment with a recent vehicle purchase from Trust Family Auto. Within a week of driving the car, I've encountered numerous problems that have caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
* The interior of the vehicle was dirty (dirt, grease, and grime on the steering wheel and gear shift, sticky substance in the cup holder), and it wasn't vacuumed.
* After a day of driving, the brakes started squeaking, the windshield seal came loose after a car wash, a fog lamp went out, the bumper wasn't attached properly, there was a loose device in the trunk, and the rubber piece on the driver's side came off completely after a second car wash.
I contacted Trust Family Auto, and two salesmen told me to bring the car back for inspection. Jacob directed me to their body shop, where the woman working the front desk was rude and dismissive.
* They did replace the brakes and light bulb, but offered unhelpful solutions for the other problems. Jacob suggested supergluing the windshield seal and sent a link for me to replace the rubber piece myself.
This experience suggests that Trust Family Auto prioritizes sales over customer satisfaction. Their service is lacking, and they don't seem concerned about creating lasting customer relationships.
* If you're considering buying a car, I recommend looking elsewhere, especially if you have the option of purchasing a new car from another dealership for a similar price.

Sales people are very friendly and helpful. They have a decent selection of nice used cars and the prices seem reasonable. I would recommend them.

Was amazing to work with, their honesty and kindness was unmatched. They allowed me a couple of days to sort some stuff out for my trade in and even helped me get something back I accidentally left in it. Great team! Made some good friends in the process.
