Walmart employee DJ best customer service I've seen in a long time positive attitude this should be promoted to manager kind and goes out of his way to make sure the customers are happy

If I could give a zero I would. There's women who works at the service counter who "gets off at two everyday" that couldn't complete the task of cashing my check. I don't know if it's incompetence or pure laziness but either way I'll never come back and expect her to be able to compete the task required of her station. If you need your check cashed because it's a Sunday and there's going to be a holiday Monday you'd have a better chance of drizzling your check in sweet baby Ray's bbq sauce and passing it off as a meal then you'd have of getting your check cashed by the short, dark haired older women who gets off at 2 everyday.

I called at 8:30 this morning, four times, over a hundred rings and no one ever answered. If you do get someone by choosing a different number, nobody knows nothing about birthing no babies or anything else. I dread having to go there for things except what I can literally buy no where else. Call .com and talk to Raj who also knows nothing about nothing. They no longer offer free delivery on anything even over $50 because they want you to pay for Walmart plus. I have to buy a few things there but don't buy anything else. And there aren't enough checkers and I will not use self checkout.

I tried to grab a few things, went to ck out and all 3 registers open had around 20 25 people in line waiting with other workers just standing around this is unacceptable and the stuff I had in my cart was left as I left and headed to target

WOW! I cannot believe I am giving a Walmart 5 Stars. Anyone who knows me, knows I HATE Walmart. The last thing I want to do is give the Walton family anymore money. I hated them even before the man who married into the family took our football team back to LAX. So why, 5 Stars? They had what I needed and wanted in stock and the customer service in helping me find it was impressive. I recently bought a new house in Godfrey and wanted to start staying there with my dogs. However, all my furniture was still at the old house for staging. I needed something to sleep on and was searching for a good air mattress. I tried all the farm stores, Target and other options in the area. Nobody had what I wanted and if they did, it had to be ordered and shipped to the house. I couldn't wait. I checked this Walmarts website and they had 5 in stock. When I arrived at the store, I went straight to the customer service desk. Since I was not familiar with the store, I had no idea where to look for an air mattress. Good thing I asked, air mattresses were in two different departments. Depending on the mattresses, they'll be in the home furnishing or sporting goods. The young lady working the CS desk was amazing and a hoot. When she told me they could be in either department, I guess the look on my face was puzzlement. She said, come on I'll go with you, it slow and I'll help you find it. We first went to home furnishing and had no luck. So off to sporting goods we hoofed. When we got back there she asked the sales associate working where they were. He just pointed and grunted over there. Neither of us understood him, and she asked again. He was not in a good mood and said they must be out. I showed him on my phone that they had 5 in stock. If it was one, I could understand it not being there, but 5 there has to be some left in inventory. The young lady and I scanned the area and spotted them on the top shelf. She hustled and got one down and handed it to me. I placed it in my shopping cart and headed towards the cashiers. As we were both leaving the sporting goods department, we thanked the helpless young man working. You could hear the sarcasm in both of our voices. I wish I could remember her name, because she rocks in my world. Oh, I love this air mattress. It's giving me goods night sleep until my "real" bed arrives at the new home. I would give them a double negative. The day after mothers day I had found online they have the dishes I was looking for. So I bought them for pickup. When I picked them up they were in a box too small for them . The dinner plates all 6 of them were only 1/2 in the box along with 8 salad plates. None were wrapped or even in bags to protect them she comes out with this box that barely held all14 plates unwrapped. Here!! Last night I saw they had 2 more plates I need. So I order them for pick up. We got some things we needed and after paying went to the pick up area. The screen was covered so you couldnt check in. I didnt have my phone . I used my husbands to log into my account. It told me I'd have to come back tomorrow . I asked a CSM to get someone after 20 minutes we left. Oh and did I tell you I live 35miles away? .They suck !!!! I'll never use them again
