They will make sure that all your issues are addressed and if it's something they can't resolve for you, they know exactly who you should go to in order to A, save money, and B, not try to upsell you are more things besides what's needing fixed.”
“You want it done the right way? Here's your place. I wanted all new steering components, as well as some suspension components installed on a Japanese SUV, and while the job involved an unexpected delay, the shop made things right. I'm very critical, as I usually would have done this (pretty big) job myself, so I looked for anything I might have to have addressed after the fact, but they did my work perfectly and the truck is back to like-new feel, even at 28 years old. I can't say enough good things about this shop.”

“I needed to be towed due to my vehicle totally quit at a stop light. I called the police who came to my assistance. They told me I needed to be towed. They offered to call a towing company. Illinois Central came. Josh was very helpful, checked to see if the problem could be fixed right there; it could not. He showed me where the mice had caused the problem. He took my vehicle to the dealership I always use. He suggested I look into my insurance policy to see if road-side assistance and towing was covered. I paid him what he quoted (I suggest people carry a blank check or two with them) and he left thanking me, giving me his business card, and wishing me luck for a better day. I recommend Illinois Central Towing (308-226-5000).”
