I am super impressed with their desk and saved thousands for a very sizable setup. UPLIFT was months out and this desk was a day out since they're in IL.I've installed VIVO for commercial and industrial services due to my IT experience. I decided to go with their standing desk as a result and I indeed am pleased.I highly recommend going with their standing desk which you will need to assemble yourself with one other person. However, once you're done you will be pleased with a nice desk. I can't believe the quality for the price, great company and product.

Very easily accessible location. Very friendly and very efficient loading staff that comprises of the young lady and her colleague. They are both proactive and very quick. Immediately on arrival, they reached out to us themselves and were kind enough to immediately allocate us a dock and began loading it. The young lady was really very quick at loading and her colleague came out to update us about the completion of loading but told that paper work is being awaited. Thank you so much, the young lady and the team. I wish paperwork people are as quick as the loading staff is. Anyway ! Thank you so much for your being so kind, courteous and efficient. Keep it up. God bless you.

I received a manual lift desk converter as a Christmas gift and love it. It went together easily, the mechanisms run smoothly and easily. Unfortunately, even though it was very well packaged, there was damage to the top piece. After a few emails to Vivo customer service and I had a new top. Happy with the outcome.

Their vague, misleading, and flat-out incorrect instruction manual resulted in incorrect assembly of the monitor stand, which in turn resulted in the destruction of my monitor. Their legal team decided they don't owe me a dime.EDIT: And yet more misleading info from VIVO. They conveniently left out the detail that their terrible manual was the reason it was assembled incorrectly. I never claimed the product was faulty. I claimed the manual was faulty. They are trying to blame me for their incompetence. And they completely made up the "twisting the monitor" part. I very gently and carefully moved the monitor about one inch and it toppled over. Don't believe their lies.EDIT 2: To clarify, their instructions did not mention that it mattered which way you oriented the base, AND the base looks virtually identical on both sides, AND the drawing of the base in the manual incorrectly depicts it as identical on both sides, AND the base is designed in such a way that you can screw it in either way and the monitor will still stand. This is 100% their fault, and they would rather lie than own up to their mistake. Shady business. Avoid.

It would appear that all of the amounts are proprietary control which means no Google no Alexa turn on home automation systems will control any of it basically is there an electronica paperwork and less you like a bunch a remote laying around your house. Exceptional customer service and products to match. At the very start of the pandemic, I bought the DESK-V133E, but did so from a 3rd party (relevant because the product arrived damaged). VIVO worked with me to ensure their product was in fully functional order, and this is easily one of the best pandemic purchases I've made, my back thanks me, my body thanks me, and I don't feel antsy at the end of the day as I've had the chance to move about, even if I haven't had much extra time. I ended up attaching that desk frame to a decade old (approaching 2 decades even) ikea L-shape desk, and gave away the old frame for someone else to up-cycle. Thank you to everyone who was super helpful throughout the process, and got me back in business ASAP. You all rock!

Bought a desk on Amazon from this vendor. Arrived with no hardware at all. From the looks of their Facebook page(which no longer allows you to post reviews), sending products with missing pieces is common for them. I contacted them for the missing pieces and I was forced to pay for priority overnight shipping to get the missing parts. To make it even worse, the parts never came til the day after they were promised to arrive. Now, 3 days later, I receive another box of hardware for no reason. The desk is great. The service is not. Hate leaving a bad review but hope this helps them get things back on track.
