Unprofessional and rude. Both of girls at the window are not personable. They never have the medicine I need. (Twice now!) The pharmacist (male) was snarky and inconsiderate. Shameful since it’s the only option in town.

I needed a magic mouthwash originally sent to another larger pharmacy who didn't have anyone to mix I called Goreville pharmacy they said have the script sent here and we will have it ready in an hour which was close to their closing time. Pleasant staff and nice family business .

This place is ridiculous. While they are friendly, it doesn't make up for everything else that is wrong. They have serious issues with not having stock. Since we started using them 6 months ago, we have consistently had to wait one one medication or another each and every week. They can keep things filled I didn't order, but constantly make me wait for medication I get every month. These are medications that I need!!!! How do you make a person wait for 2+ weeks on a PARTIAL prescription of INSULIN?!?! Everyday, we get told that it will be on the truck today or tomorrow. Then, when we call back, we get told the same thing!!!! While I am a type 2 and fairly controlled, you can't play games with a diabetic's INSULIN!!!

When a refill still wasn't in the day before I was leaving for a trip Goreville Pharmacy delivered it to my home at 8:45 pm! That's customer service!

We are new to the Goreville area, actually this is our 3rd year. Love the people and its beautiful lake that we live by. We used to pick our meds in the Chicago area due to my Doctor I've used for the last 27 years is where his practice is. I know I could find a dr here, but after so many years he knows me and my problem! Due to the insurance rules we used to have to wait a few day's for my meds to clear. It wasn't a problem because we still owed a house up there. Well, we sold it and had no place to stay! This was a BIG problem and Goreville Professional Phamarcy saved US!! I thought I would have a hard time getting my Meds, but Matt made it so easy and solved our problem. Thank you Matt and his wonderful employees for taking care of us! Made us feel like we have been going there for years. I've read where people where not happy with GPP (Goreville Professional Rx). I can understand people being mad with mistakes, but all businesses make mistakes. My new Jeep has had 2 recalls the last year, it's a part of doing business. Just be happy they are here, otherwise Marion and most likely they same mistakes!!

being polite is not enough, you need to do your job. We have used the pharmacy since it opened, because we want to support local small businesses, but not one time has the staff been able to get it right the first time. It might be something small like not giving a receipt or making the wrong change. But generally is it not having the prescriptions ready even though a staffer has just told us by phone that is it ready and waiting. So now what we do is call ahead, and when she says it is ready, nicely ask her to go and get it, look into the bag and verify that everything is there that should be there, over the phone, before we go and pick it up. Almost every time the staffer will say 'oops' and something will have to be taken care of before it is truly ready for pickup. Unless we do this, though, we are in for a second trip to get the rest of the order.
