“I had an issue with a package that was missing in the mail weeks ago a gentleman answered the phone Thursday n tried his best to help me find it for 2 days mind you i had no trackin number and only a date...he was so amazing, doin his best to find it, returned my calls when he said he was gonna, asked coworkers like he said he would, found helpful information for me to follow up with n ultimately he found most of the details i needed...i wish i remembered his name...he thanked me for being so patient n understanding, mentioning most ppl scream and yell at them. Its a crazy world we live in today n i feel i got alot further by being understanding.”
