ALDI in Granite City offers low prices on groceries and home goods, including fresh produce, meats, organic foods, beverages, and award-winning items. The store provides great prices and amazing markdowns on regular necessities. Prices are seen as about the same as other stores, with very good and reasonable prices on veggies and canned goods, making it affordable to cook a variety of foods. The store has a diverse selection and is very organized. New limited-time ALDI Finds are added each week, so there is always something new to discover. The layout is impressive. Shopping is available online with curbside pickup or delivery at the neighborhood market on Schaeffer Road. However, service experiences vary. Cashiers are extremely fast, but there is often only one cashier until a line forms, and wait times in line are getting longer. The store has no self-checkouts. Some employees can seem kind of rude at closing time, with a manager noted for a lack of courtesy, though one employee is consistently mentioned as an exception. The store's shift in product selection has made access harder for those without cars, though a bus route now passes close by. Customers are reminded to bring a quarter for a shopping cart.

Aldi's is the first grocery store I shop. Prices and quality are better then other larger grocery stores. Meat price is below larger stores! Produce is also less costly here.

Prices have gone up and quality on household goods have gone down! They used to have a giant pack of individually wrapped good paper towels with 12 rolls for under $15. Now I see this giant pack with cheap looking unwrapped rolls for nearly $17!!! No Thank You...SAM'S here I come!!!!!😆😆😆😅😅😅😂😂
